Canoeing/Kayaking
• Lani Belcher has been selected as part of the 2008 Australian Marathon Canoe Team which will travel to Germany for the ICF World Cup 1 in June and the ICF World Cup 2 in Portugal during July.
• Dane Wilkinson, Lani Belcher and Bernadette Wallace have all been selected into the Under-23 2008 Flatwater team that will compete at ICF World Cups and other ICR events.
2008 Australian Surf Life Saving Championship, Scarborough
• Clint Robinson: 1st 13th Open Single Ski Title
• Tate Smith: 2nd Open Single Ski Title
• Tate Smith: 1st Open Men's Double Ski
• Clint Robinson, Jacob Clear, Ken Wallace and Tate Smith all competed and won their respective heats at Scarborough beach, all qualifying for the third round.
Football
• QAS took on the Capricorn Cougars in a close match which ended in a 1-1 draw

BMX
• Rachel Bracken has been named in the Australian Team (Junior Women) to contest at the BMX World Championships being raced in Taiyuan, China from 29 May to 1 June 2008.
Cycling
• Jordan Kerby won bronze at the Australian Junior Track Championships in Sydney.
• Daniel Hallam has qualified to ride in the World Cup event in August to be held in Canberra.
• Ruth Corset, finished 6th overall in the Tour of New Zealand as a member of the Tabak Team International.
Hockey
• Kandice Olivieri, Tammy Eiser, Stacey Neller and Jacqui Day were members of the Queensland Under 18 Women's teamwhich finished 3rd at National Titles.
• Michael Harris and Shaun Furtado were members of the Queensland Under 18 Men's teamwhich won the National Title.
