QAS Rugby League is a camps-based program, consisting of two squads of elite Queensland players: an Under -16 and an Under-15 Squad.
Three camps are held each year and they are aimed at developing players for junior state and national representation, as well as future NRL competition. The camps involve specialised skills sessions, briefings and updates, strength and conditioning programming, nutrition guidance and sport psychology sessions.
At the end of the third camp the QAS squads play a game against the development teams from the Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club. These games are played in either Queensland or New South Wales.
