2032 Elite Coach Scholarship Program

Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS), Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and Sport and Recreation (SR) are partnering with National and State Sporting Organisations to develop a "Generation 2032" of coaches.

The pilot program has seen the first wave of 11 coaches embedded within their chosen sports, 9 of them female all being mentored by the best coaches which will help them support future medal winning talent.

This is a two-year pilot program where successful coaches will receive a full-time salary over the 2 years.

Scholarships available

The next round of intake will be available in July 2022, and you can apply via an Expression Of Interest through the National Sporting Organisations (NSO).
