Youfor2032 Talent Identification Program

On your marks! Get set! Go!

The Queensland Academy of Sport's Youfor2032 is Australia's largest athlete talent identification program stretching across the state to find athletes with extraordinary elite sporting potential who could achieve medal success in 2032.

About the program

The program is open to aspiring athletes across Queensland aged 13 to 23 for Olympic sports (born 1999 to 2009 inclusive) and 13 to 30 for Paralympic sports (born 1992 to 2009 inclusive).

For those born after 2009, in mid-2022, Youfor2032 will invite younger athletes to register for specific early specialising sports such as diving and skate.

If you are born outside the Youfor2032 age range, please visit the program’s website for more information.

Traditional pathways operating at the local, regional and state levels where athletes are identified and given opportunities will continue to work alongside the Youfor2032 program.
