Dream Twice - Athlete Employment Program

The Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) Dream Twice Athlete Employment Program partners with Queensland businesses to provide QAS supported athletes flexible, paid employment. On the runway to Brisbane 2032, businesses are encouraged to partner with the QAS to provide flexible, paid employment opportunities for Queensland's elite athletes.

The QAS supports over 500 elite athletes to achieve podium success on the world stage. The 2032 High Performance Strategy (2032 Strategy) has been developed to propel us forward in enabling more medal-winning moments by Queensland athletes.  With the athlete at the heart of our 2032 Strategy, QAS must ensure athletes are effectively equipped with the skills to thrive both as a person and a performer.

Dream Twice was inspired by providing athletes their second dream, to have a thriving professional career beyond elite sporting success.
